The glamour of Las Vegas came alive in Super Bowl LVIII, where the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in an overtime thriller on Sunday, February 11th. But it wasn’t just the game that had everyone pumped up. The halftime show was a flashy performance featuring Usher alongside a lineup of numerous iconic artists.

Usher did not hold back at this year's Super Bowl as he opened with his hit 2004 song “Caught Up” sporting a shimmering all-white Dolce & Gabbana and Off-White ensemble. Surrounded by numerous backup dancers in sparkling suits, acrobats, stilt walkers, and showgirls with giant feathers, this opening number is eye-catching, to say the least. The performance seemed to take inspiration from the bright lights and busy streets of Las Vegas and was sure to have something to entertain all audiences.

The tone shifted seamlessly as Alicia Keys took the stage, dazzling in a sparkling red jumpsuit and a flowing cape, sitting at an artfully designed red piano. Joined by Usher, they serenaded the crowd with a shortened rendition of “My Boo," as they danced around the piano together.

Next up, H.E.R. commanded the spotlight in a sleek latex jumpsuit and sunglasses, wielding her red electric guitar with effortless coolness. Collaborating with Usher, she delivered a powerful guitar solo during their performance of “Bad Girls” together.

H.E.R. welcomed backup dancers on roller skates to the stage just before Usher made an entrance on roller skates himself. Will.i.am made an appearance to perform their hit song together, “OMG." All of the choreography and backup dancing is done on skates, showing a unique display of the artists' versatility and offering an impressive insight into how much work went into putting the show together.

Bringing the halftime show to a satisfying close, Usher reunited with Lil Jon, Ludacris, and Jermaine Dupri for an explosive performance of "Yeah!" that had the crowd on their feet and excited for the remainder of the game.
