In the early hours of a fateful Tuesday morning, the city of Baltimore, Maryland, was rocked by a catastrophic event as a cargo ship, the Dali, collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge, resulting in a section of the bridge collapsing into the waters of the Patapsco River below.
